Adam Nieting

Adam Nieting joins PIVOT with 16 years of operations experience in Major League Baseball. During his tenure with the San Francisco Giants, he was part of the baseball division that built 3 World Series Championship teams in 2010, 2012, & 2014. He oversaw operations for the amateur draft, player evaluations, personnel travel, partnerships, and managed department budget. He assisted in the design and implementation of the internal data platforms used for decision-making on players. As the primary liaison for remote personnel, he established internal processes to optimize time and resources for the staff.

The Des Moines, Iowa native, graduated from Baylor University, where he played football and rugby (2001 National Championship).  He received his Master’s in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco. He currently lives in the East Bay with his wife and two daughters.
