GOLDEN GUARDIANS AND WARRIORS GAMING SQUAD ENTER STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH PIVOT AGENCY
PIVOT To Serve As Agency Of Record For GSW Esports Brands
PLAYA VISTA, CALIF. – The Golden Guardians (GG) and Warriors Gaming Squad (WGS), the esports affiliates of the Golden State Warriors, have entered a strategic partnership with PIVOT Agency for business development and partner acquisition. Under this agreement, PIVOT Agency will support the Golden Guardians by developing partner-based deals on big ticket items including team naming rights, facility partnerships, and more.
“As our esports brands continue to grow, so do the opportunities for new and impactful partnerships,” said Warriors Senior Vice President of Franchise Development Chris Murphy. “We’re eager to work with PIVOT to secure impactful and intentional partnerships, including the naming rights for our new, state-of-the-art facility.”
In November 2022, the Warriors held an official grand opening event for their new 10,742 square-foot esports facility located in Playa Vista, a neighborhood in the west side of Los Angeles. The state-of-the-art facility features the Warriors esports business offices, a training facility for players and coaches, a full creative studio buildout, and more.
