PIVOT Expands Business Offerings with Hospitality Group Addition

WALNUT CREEK, Ca. – PIVOT Agency (PIVOT) is expanding its business offerings to include event and corporate hospitality, a growing need within the sports and entertainment industry.
“With the demand of luxury experiences, suites, hotel and air-travel packages on the rise, PIVOT has chosen to expand and create a fourth sector of business to offer our current and future clients these very experiences,” said PIVOT founder and CEO, Ben Shapiro.
The PIVOT hospitality branch will focus on all-inclusive packages that will cater to corporations for client entertainment as well as a la carte options which will include but is not limited to air travel, lodging, tickets, passes, suites, tents and event coordination.
“Over the past 20 years the hospitality industry has expanded immensely,” Shapiro said. “We went from giving tickets to customers or potential customers to offering an immersive experience to give hosts the platform to create a better first impression, longer relationships and in many cases a return on investment.”
